Sapiens Qualia L.L.C. ("we", "us", "our") built Heir to the Crown as a premium, privacy-first gaming experience. We believe that strategy and immersion should not come at the cost of your personal data.

1. Data We Do Not Collect

Heir to the Crown is a 100% offline experience. We do not require account creation to play the game. We do not collect, store, or sell any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). We use absolutely zero invasive tracking, advertising frameworks, or telemetry software.

2. Local Save Data

All of your campaign progress, settings, and game states are saved entirely locally on your device within a secure sandbox environment. Sapiens Qualia L.L.C. does not host, sync, or have access to any of your save files.

3. Purchases

Any purchases related to Heir to the Crown are processed securely through your device's native storefront (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, etc.). We do not have access to your payment details, name, or billing address.

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect new game updates or platforms. We advise you to review this page for any changes.
