BioPulse Privacy Policy

Sapiens Qualia ("we", "us", "our") built the BioPulse app as a privacy-first, on-device health vault. We respect the highly sensitive nature of your medical data and are committed to protecting your privacy.

1. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not require account creation to use BioPulse. We do not collect, store, or sell any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or medical records. We use zero invasive tracking or analytics frameworks.

2. On-Device Health Vault (Local Storage)

All of your health profiles, scanned medical exams, blood test metrics, and generated PDF reports are stored entirely locally on your device within a secure sandbox environment (the Vault). Sapiens Qualia does not host, sync, or have access to any of the medical data you input or scan into the app.

3. Camera, Photos & Document Processing

BioPulse requires access to your camera and photo library to scan and analyze physical medical reports. The app utilizes on-device Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to extract data whenever possible. If the local OCR is insufficient, BioPulse utilizes a secure cloud proxy (BioPulse Edge Network) for neural vision processing. When this fallback is engaged, images are transmitted securely, processed in real-time, and discarded immediately. We do not save, train on, or retain any images of your medical documents on our servers.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

If you choose to upgrade to BioPulse Pro, your transaction is processed securely through your device's native app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and validated via RevenueCat. We only receive an anonymous app user ID to verify your subscription status. We do not have access to your payment details, name, or billing address.

5. Changes to this Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect new app features. We advise you to review this page for any changes.
